Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

MailAegis overview
What is MailAegis?
MailAegis monitors the DNS records that control whether your email gets delivered or rejected. Every domain you add gets scanned across SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT. The result is a numeric score (0-100) and a letter grade, updated on every scan. When something changes, you find out — not from a bounce report, but from an alert within 12 hours.
The tool is built for two audiences. Freelancers and agencies use it to watch DNS posture across multiple client domains, triage issues fast, and share PDF reports with clients at the end of each month. IT and DevOps engineers use it to track their company's sending domains, audit changes over time, and prove their authentication stack is in order before a campaign runs.
What MailAegis covers
SPF validation checks lookup depth and include expansion, flagging configurations that will hit the 10-lookup limit and silently break. DKIM inspection checks for active selectors per sending provider and confirms signatures are present and valid. DMARC analysis reads your policy, enforcement level, and reporting configuration, and generates the exact TXT record you need to publish if one is missing. MX records are checked for presence and provider recognition. BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT complete the picture on paid plans.
DMARC aggregate analytics (Pro and Agency)
On Pro and Agency plans, MailAegis parses the aggregate XML reports sent by mail receivers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others) and turns them into a usable dashboard. You can see total message volume, alignment rate, rejection count, and unknown sending sources over any time range. Top Senders shows every service detected in your reports — Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Zendesk, unknown senders — with message counts, alignment rates, and blocked status. Receivers shows how each major inbox provider is handling your mail. Every row in the dataset can be exported to CSV.
Monthly reports
Paid plans generate a PDF report at the end of each calendar month. The report covers your domain's score history, authentication record status, open findings, and DMARC aggregate summary. Agency plan holders can white-label these reports with their own name and logo before sending to clients.
Plans
Free lets you run manual scans on one domain and see DNS recommendations. Solo covers up to three verified domains with twice-daily automated scans, regression alerts, full scan history, and monthly PDF reports. Pro adds DMARC aggregate parsing for up to five domains. Agency scales to 25 domains, white-label reports, and 10,000 DMARC aggregate reports per month with 365-day retention.
