Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

MailMyCard overview
What is MailMyCard?
Every MailMyCard card is written by a real ink pen held in a pen plotter, so the person who opens it sees actual pen strokes on paper. That physical authenticity is the core benefit. A printed font that mimics handwriting looks close on screen but falls flat in the hand. Pen-on-card does not.
Cards ship from Bengaluru with tracked delivery to most countries, including the US, UK, EU, Gulf, Asia, Canada and Australia, within 3 business days. Every card gets a tracking number, so the sender knows when it arrives. For businesses running thank-you or win-back campaigns at scale, that visibility matters.
MailMyCard supports 112 languages and scripts, including Indian scripts such as Devanagari, Tamil and Bengali. A business with customers across continents can write each card in the recipient's own language and script, in one of a dozen handwriting styles or in the sender's own handwriting reproduced from a sample.
E-commerce teams connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe and every paid order triggers a handwritten thank-you card with no manual step. Sales teams connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Attio, monday.com, Keap or Close and a won deal fires off a card automatically. Zapier, Make, n8n and a REST API with webhooks open the same automation to any other workflow. The time saving is immediate: once the trigger and template are set, cards go out on their own for every order or closed deal.
Bulk sends work from a spreadsheet or Google Sheets upload, so a quarterly campaign to hundreds of contacts takes minutes to queue. Volume pricing kicks in from 50 cards, which keeps per-card costs lower for larger sends.
Each card can carry a QR code that opens a voice note or video recorded by the sender. A real-estate agent, for example, can mail a card after a showing and link to a personal video walkthrough. The recipient scans the code and hears or sees the sender, which adds a layer that a printed card alone cannot deliver.
There is no subscription. Users top up a wallet and pay per card, with tracked delivery priced by destination. That model means a seasonal shop sending 20 cards in December and zero in January pays only for those 20 cards. Businesses with steady volume benefit from the volume pricing tiers starting at 50 cards.
The card library has 104 illustrated designs covering occasions from customer thank-yous to birthdays and holidays. Combined with the language and handwriting options, a single account can serve campaigns for different audiences, regions and purposes without switching tools.
