Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Marsell overview
What is Marsell?
Marsell is a cloud-based automated marketing and sales platform that reads a business's website, public mentions, products, and writing style to plan and execute monthly marketing activity autonomously. Designed for solo operators, individual brand owners, growing agencies, and larger marketing operations, Marsell covers the full funnel: content creation and distribution, prospect identification, outreach, follow-up, and conversion tracking. The platform operates on a continuous autopilot loop with optional human review at each step, including a one-day buffer before content is published to allow changes or cancellations.
The platform is organized into nine workspace sections: Home, Plan, Create, Market, Sell, People, Analytics, and Agents. The Create section generates written posts, images, videos, landing pages, and audio in brand style. The Market section handles social account management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Reddit, alongside competitor tracking, community monitoring, search and AI answer visibility, and connected Meta and Google Ads accounts. The Sell section covers hosted landing pages, site friction analysis, email drafting, replies, and prospect outreach. The People section tracks prospects and customers from first visit to sale and supports creator matching. Ten specialized agents run on independent schedules: a Reddit agent (hourly), Listening agent (hourly), Trend agent (daily), SEO agent (weekly), Directories agent (daily), Creator agent (weekly), Outreach agent (hourly), Launch agent (launch day), Reviews agent (post-order), and Newsletter agent (weekly). The SEO agent queries ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to identify gaps in AI-generated answers and writes pages to fill them. External AI agents can connect to Marsell via MCP.
Marsell includes cookieless analytics at no extra cost, providing visit tracking with source and behavior data. Token-based pricing displays cost before any content is rendered, and ad spend requires explicit approval, never drawn from the token balance. All content and output is owned by the user, and customer content is not used to train AI models. Supported industries include e-commerce, SaaS, professional services, legal firms, open-source projects, creator businesses, and hospitality, making Marsell applicable to any business with a web or social presence.
