What is MedCounter?
MedCounter helps small Indian pharmacies run the counter, the stockroom and the paperwork from one app. Pharmacists bill from a catalogue of 2,50,000+ medicines in under 10 seconds, send GST invoices on WhatsApp, and never sell an expired batch. New stock goes in from a photo of the distributor's bill instead of hours of typing. Statutory registers for Schedule H1, Schedule X and NDPS build up from everyday billing, so the shop is ready for a drug inspector's visit. Customer udhaar, distributor payments and purchase orders sit alongside the day's sales, and the owner can check numbers from the web dashboard while staff bill on their phones without seeing margins. Available on Android, iPhone and the web in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati and Kannada.
