Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Mesmer overview
What is Mesmer?
Mesmer is an agentic engineering productivity service for engineering organizations seeking to improve delivery speed and reduce bottlenecks. Deployed via cloud or private network, it maps work across code, tickets, and incidents each month to rank bottlenecks by their cost impact to the organization, then implements fixes directly in the customer's codebase through pull requests opened against the team's own review standards. The cycle repeats monthly: measure, fix, remeasure, and address the next highest-cost bottleneck.
The Mesmer Agent reads tickets, code, and incidents to understand how work moves through the organization, ranking bottlenecks by cost impact and informing the fixes engineers implement. Risky pull requests are routed to the owners of the affected services, and customers greenlight each change before it is merged. Customer time commitment is approximately one hour per month for review and approval. Engineers can communicate with an assigned account engineer via Slack the same day. Mesmer connects to existing tooling without replacing it, with integrations spanning GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Vercel, AWS, Datadog, Sentry, Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Docker, Cloudflare, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Devin, Claude, Granola, Fathom, Trello, and anything with an API, webhook, or MCP server.
Mesmer is SOC 2 Type II certified. Customer data is never used for model training, and LLM providers are contractually blocked from training on customer data. Private network deployment is available for organizations requiring full control over data, access, and infrastructure.
