MyCustomsInfo® overview

What is MyCustomsInfo®?

MyCustomsInfo is a cloud-based, AI-powered customs compliance and duty recovery platform designed for businesses with active import or export programmes across UK, EU, and US customs regimes. Operating as an independent compliance auditor, MyCustomsInfo audits import declarations post-clearance across UK CDS, EU AES/UCC, US ACE, and 12+ additional customs regimes from a single environment. The platform reconciles declarations against commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, supplier declarations, broker classification worksheets, and duty payment confirmations. It identifies classification and valuation errors, quantifies duty overpayments and underpayments per entry, per commodity code, and per regime, and prepares recovery-ready correction data packs for broker action. It does not file, amend, or submit declarations on behalf of clients.

The platform's AI compliance engine operates across four layers: ingestion, anomaly detection, practitioner review, and client-specific learning. FastNet IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) extracts structured data from scanned and PDF documents. AI-assisted HS code classification is reviewed and signed off by a qualified customs professional before delivery. A natural language query interface allows users to interrogate duty spend trends, broker error rates, and commodity code changes. All AI findings are validated by licensed customs brokers prior to client delivery. Additional capabilities include CBAM quarterly report preparation with embedded carbon data management, IEEPA tariff exposure tracking, Section 232 and Section 301 tariff analysis, AEO continuous compliance monitoring with reassessment evidence packs, broker performance benchmarking and error rate scoring, duty drawback eligibility identification, and a compliance calendar tracking CBAM deadlines, tariff schedule changes, FTA utilisation windows, and AEO re-authorisation dates.

MyCustomsInfo serves FTSE 250 manufacturers, mid-market retailers, global logistics providers, Big Four advisory firms, licensed customs brokerages, in-house trade compliance teams, and CFOs requiring financial oversight of duty spend. Target industries include manufacturing (chemical and metal supply chains), food and fisheries, retail, logistics and freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and sectors subject to CBAM such as iron and steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, electricity, hydrogen, ceramics, and glass. The platform operates with per-tenant data isolation and holds ISO 27001:2022 certification under certificate 513272026. Audit results are delivered within one business day under subscription pricing with no per-correction fees.
