Navanto is a project management system built for UK design and build companies and small residential construction firms. At the core of the product is NavantoAI, your own AI project manager. It remembers how your company works and then spots delays before they cost you, or chases stage payments, or answers questions across every open project, or drafts the weekly client update from your site managers' photos. Anything you can do in the app, NavantoAI can do for you, and it is included on every project rather than sold as a paid add-on.

Each project carries the usual project management tools (tasks, approvals, a drawing register with revision management, calendar and a timeline of phases with checkpoints), so you can see where every job is and what comes next without ringing round the sites. Site managers post photos and a line or two from the site, and each week rolls up into a record of the job you can search later.

The contract lives next to the work. Contract line items, stage payments, variations and selections sit on the project, clients approve or reject variations in the portal, and every decision is kept with the contract for when questions come up later. Forecasting rolls every stage payment across your open projects into one view of what is due each month, so you can see the money coming without opening a spreadsheet.

A client portal is baked in to each project. You invite your homeowner clients to see progress, photos and the timeline on their own project without seeing your internals, and you control what is visible to them and what stays internal, because not everything on a job is for the client.
