OlaCreators - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

OlaCreators is a web-based SaaS hiring platform operating as a two-sided marketplace that connects companies and agencies with verified social media creative talent, including Content Creators, Social Media Managers, Community Managers, UGC Creators, filmmakers, and video editors. The platform serves marketing and HR teams of any size across Spain seeking to fill recurring or in-house creative roles, as well as individual creators seeking paid, sector-specific opportunities. All job listings are exclusive to the content and social media sector, with salaries displayed upfront, and HR experts review every posting before publication.

The platform's core matching engine analyzes creator profiles, style, skills, and experience against posted job offers to generate compatibility scores and ranked recommendations. Companies receive a shortlist of the top three pre-verified candidate profiles within 24 to 72 hours, each accompanied by a portfolio and the results of a platform-designed technical content test (prueba tecnica) tailored per candidate. A candidate management dashboard consolidates tracking of application stages, portfolios, test results, and feedback in a single interface, removing the need to review unfiltered CVs. Salary benchmarking and role-definition guidance are also available for companies that need them.

For creators, OlaCreators provides a public portfolio with video upload and shareable link functionality, giving brands direct visibility into their work. AI-driven job recommendations are matched to each creator's personal style and experience. The platform also includes Ola Pro, an AI-powered content tool currently in early access at a 15 EUR/month founder price, which generates content ideas, scripts with storytelling structure, and editorial calendar suggestions aligned with the creator's voice and brand tone. Ola Pro can also transcribe a reference video and adapt its structure to the creator's style.
