Omnicast VR overview

What is Omnicast VR?

OmnicastVR is VR Headset Management Software built for the moment that matters most: the live training session. It gives trainers, teachers, and VR facilitators real-time supervision and control over an entire group of headsets, without any IT setup.

See every headset, live. Stream the screen of up to 16 VR headsets simultaneously, with no perceptible latency. A trainer always knows exactly what each participant is seeing and doing, without walking the room to check headsets one by one.

Control the whole session from one dashboard. Launch the same application in sync across every connected headset, and power the entire fleet down in a single click when the session ends.

Built for the field, not the server room. OmnicastVR runs on a simple local Wi-Fi network and works with or without an internet connection, staying reliable in classrooms, training centers, showrooms, or remote and industrial sites where connectivity is weak or unavailable.

Zero installation, zero subscription. There is nothing to install on the headsets themselves: no agent, no sideloading, no per-device setup. A headset joins the session over Wi-Fi and is immediately controllable. Pricing scales with the number of simultaneous headsets, not with locked features: a free tier covers 1 to 2 headsets, and paid plans (Omni5, Omni10, Omni16) scale up to 5, 10, and 16, with a custom Enterprise plan for larger deployments.

How it differs from MDM. Enterprise Mobile Device Management platforms are built for IT departments: device enrollment, configuration profiles, ongoing fleet administration. OmnicastVR solves a narrower, more immediate problem — running today's session smoothly — which is why it needs no IT project to get started.

Hardware-agnostic. OmnicastVR supports the leading VR headsets on the market, including Meta Quest, Pico, and HTC Vive, so mixed fleets can be managed without standardizing on a single brand.

OmnicastVR is developed by NOVALAB, the company behind VR Académie, a French organization specializing in VR deployment and training acculturation
