Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

OpenLoc overview
What is OpenLoc?
OpenLoc is an open-source, AI-native Translation Management System (TMS) built for enterprise localization and translation teams. Deployable via cloud-based enterprise hosting or self-hosted at no cost, OpenLoc supports any large language model (LLM), including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepL, and Google Translate, with no AI usage tax, quotas, or add-on fees. The source-available codebase gives teams full control over code and data, with no vendor lock-in and no per-word, per-seat, or connector pricing.
OpenLoc delivers high-scale machine translation (MT) and AI workflows powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), large context windows, and an editable prompt builder with metadata and context support. A system-wide Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer exposes core TMS primitives, including translation memory, terminology management, MT, and task assignment, programmatically for AI agent and human collaboration. Free integrations connect to a broad ecosystem of content, AI, and analytics platforms, including Slack, Figma, Contentful, HubSpot, GitHub, Zendesk, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Sitecore, Veeva Vault, Drupal, and Notion. Dashboards can be generated via AI chat (ChatGPT, Claude) or surfaced inside tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI. A ChatGPT plugin provides direct TMS access from within chat interfaces.
OpenLoc is suited to enterprise teams working across CMS, DAM, documentation, software, and enterprise systems in any vertical. An early access program includes free hosting, AI credits, custom connectors, workflow configuration, and migration assistance, making adoption and transition straightforward for teams moving from incumbent TMS platforms.
