Once you narrow down your choices, you input all the details of when you want the reservation and then it's done.

It is very useful to boost last minute reservations, however not ideal as a main booking platform.

Our restaurant name The Dock is used by several other unrelated venues and Opentable users often book with my venue but think they are booking in Florida or Pennsylvania, etc.

I know that this is not the fault of OpenTable itself and that these restaurants have not signed up to use the application - but it just makes the whole process of finding a reservation more limited/difficult, especially when in a new area.
