OuterMark shows a business what an attacker sees when they look at its domain, then fixes it and keeps it fixed. It is built and run in the UK by Rosebud Cloud Solutions Ltd.

The free check reads only what is already public about a domain: email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI), the website and its TLS and security headers, DNS and registration, look-alike domains, exposed services and supply chain. It runs over 40 checks in about 30 seconds, with no account and nothing to install, and gives a score out of 100 with the reasons in plain English. Four free record checkers (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MTA-STS) read one record at a time and show how to fix what is wrong.

Managed DMARC hosts the DMARC record, names every service sending as the domain and takes the policy from watching (p=none) to refusing fakes (p=reject) in approved steps, with an engineer approving each change, so real email keeps arriving. DMARC Reports reads the daily aggregate reports and names every sender. Posture Monitoring re-checks the domain every night and says the day something changes. The Full Report gives every finding with a step-by-step fix, as a PDF.

For MSPs, one console covers every client domain: bulk onboarding, the portal under the partner's own brand, tickets in HaloPSA or ConnectWise PSA, and partner pricing per domain.
