Overdue Calibration Finder overview

What is Overdue Calibration Finder?

Walk into the surveillance audit already holding the answer to the auditor's first sampling question: which gauges ran past their dates, which lots they touched, and the clause for each. Overdue Calibration Finder is best for quality, metrology and laboratory managers.

Paste the register as it leaves your spreadsheet: asset ID, type, last calibration and interval are enough. Add description, location, owner, lab accreditation, certificate number, traceability, as found, adjusted, used for acceptance, used on and impact assessment if you hold them. The used on column takes a process or product family, so no customer names, drawings or part numbers are needed.

Every due date is printed with its arithmetic beside it, so you can spot-check any instrument against your own records. A recall sheet lays out what is overdue, what falls due before your audit date and the next 90 days.

Twelve findings in a fixed order, from overdue to a duplicate asset ID, name the instruments involved, cite the quality standard clause that applies, and give the question an auditor asks. An impact assessment worksheet sets out the period in question for each out-of-tolerance or overdue acceptance gauge.

No calibration system to buy or install, and the register is only stored if you choose to save it.

Pricing: run it on eight instruments with no account and nothing to pay. Solo is USD 29 a month per person; Team, at USD 99 a month, covers everyone in your organisation.
