PaidReady is a prevailing wage compliance tool built for contractors and subcontractors working on Davis-Bacon and Related Acts covered federal construction and public works contracts. It centralizes project and payroll facts — wage determination versions by date, worker classifications, daily hours, fringe benefit credits, and apprentice data — and runs explainable pre-submission compliance checks to support accurate preparation of weekly certified payroll reports, including Form WH-347 (2025 revision).
PaidReady flags common rejection errors before submission, including mismatched worker classifications, overtime calculation errors, fringe benefit credit shortfalls, and arithmetic mismatches in gross-to-net pay. Each compliance check is explainable, meaning users are shown the reason a flag was raised rather than receiving an opaque pass/fail result. This supports informed correction and reduces the likelihood of certified payroll rejections. PaidReady does not replace a payroll provider and does not determine which prevailing wage laws apply to a given project; it operates as a dedicated compliance recordkeeping and pre-submission review layer on top of existing payroll workflows.
