PaperAnimationLab is a browser-based procedural paper motion studio that converts photos, editorial headlines, and text into physically modeled paper cutout animations, newspaper reveals, and hot-foil press animations. Deployed entirely in-browser via WebGL GPU physics, it requires no installation, no account, no plugins, and no cloud uploads.
