The editor includes document-specific size, background, and requirement profiles that can be saved and reused. Compliance checks cover face centering, eye position, background uniformity, lighting, and shadow detection. Output options include digital files compressed to portal KB limits and 4R or A4 print sheets at 300 DPI with cut guides for multiple photos per sheet.
