What is PDF & 3D Tools?
PDF & 3D Tools (also called PDF & 3D Enterprise Tools) by TEKTHRILL Technologies is a free 3D CAD viewer and offline PDF editor. It opens STEP/STP, IGES, BREP, SLDPRT/SLDASM, STL, OBJ, GLB/GLTF, 3MF, PLY, FBX, DXF/DWG, 3D PDF and Gerber PCB files (40+ formats) with orbit, zoom, pan, section cuts and shaded or wireframe views, using an Open Cascade (OCCT) engine in WebAssembly.
Its on-device OCR makes scanned PDFs searchable and editable: edit text, annotate, highlight, redact, sign, merge, split, reorder, rotate and delete pages.
Everything runs locally; files are not uploaded to a server, which suits confidential engineering drawings and company documents. Free in the browser, on Windows and on Android (Google Play).
