PE License Pro overview
What is PE License Pro?
PE License Pro tracks professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education for engineers, architects, landscape architects, land surveyors, and interior designers who are licensed in more than one state, and for the AE firms that employ them.
Every state has its own renewal cycle, CE requirement, ethics rules, and board portal. PE License Pro pre-loads those rules for all 50 states, imports license details from supported state boards, pulls your NCEES CPC course history in one click, and emails you before every deadline: 90, 60, and 30 days out, then 7, 3, and 1 day before.
It also tracks professional certifications next to your licenses. About 60 come pre-loaded with their renewal cycle and CE hours, including ACI field and lab testing, ICC special inspector, AWS CWI, NICET, BICSI RCDD, PMP, CFM, and LEED, WELL, and SITES credentials. Any other certification can be added by hand.
Firms get one dashboard for every person's licenses and certifications, plus the firm's Certificates of Authorization and business registrations. Admins see who is due soon or behind on CE, share one CE course catalog, get one invoice, and can import the whole team from a spreadsheet.
Pricing is self-serve. Free for one license. Pro is $10 a month for up to 10 licenses. Power is $20 a month for unlimited licenses plus firm CoA tracking. Firm plans (2 or more people) are $15 per person per month, or $5 for anyone licensed in one state or holding only certifications, with a 30-day free trial. Paying yearly gets two months free.
