What is Penko?
Penko is a French software that writes technical proposal (mémoires techniques) for public construction tenders in France. It is built for contractors, architects, project managers and engineering firms.
The Scan reads the whole tender file (DCE) and extracts the key points: lots, award criteria, deadlines, constraints and pitfalls. Go / No-Go in minutes, every piece of information linked to the exact passage of the source PDF.
Penko then generates a proposal specific to each tender, based on the tender file and the company's real documents (past proposal, resources, references). Differentiation angles, an outline that follows the required response framework, and a Word export laid out in your colors with your images.
It also compiles the technical data sheets required by the specifications into a single PDF.
