PlanPulse is a cloud-based planning application monitoring and portfolio management tool built for UK planning consultants, surveyors, architects, and small to mid-sized planning teams. Every weekday, PlanPulse automatically re-checks every tracked application directly on its respective council portal across 356 covered UK councils, comparing status, decisions, dates, documents, and public comments against the previous check. When any change is detected, users receive a same-day email alert specifying exactly what changed, including new consultee responses, objections, and amended plans named on arrival. A Monday portfolio summary email gives practices a consolidated view of all tracked applications at the start of each week.

The platform centralises all tracked applications into a single portfolio dashboard, eliminating the need to manually visit individual council portals. Applications can be organised using tag-based filters by client or project, and viewed via a map with status-coloured pins or a calendar view that highlights overdue target decision dates in red. Calendar sync is available with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Teams can add internal notes against applications, and data can be exported via CSV. Search is supported by address, postcode, or reference number. New councils are added weekly, with requested councils onboarded within three business days.
