Preshift is a cloud-based daily briefing platform built for hospitality groups and shift-based business operations, including restaurants, bars, and hotels. It consolidates shift notes, menus, wine lists, SOPs, and training materials into one structured briefing delivered to front-of-house and operations teams via email, print, PDF, or WhatsApp. A customizable Preshift Console lets managers build briefings using modular sections covering service flow, notable guests, culture, menus, and beverage knowledge. A built-in Brand Library stores menus, playbooks, training materials, and culture documents in a centralized, searchable company database.

Preshift includes an AI assistant that answers staff questions sourced exclusively from the operator's own uploaded materials, such as menus, playbooks, SOPs, and training docs. The Pro plan allots 300 questions per month; the Enterprise plan provides 500 questions per location per month shared across the group. This keeps staff informed without requiring direct manager intervention. A floorplan builder is also available, scaling to unlimited floorplans on the Enterprise tier.

The Enterprise plan extends the platform to multi-location hospitality groups with 15 or more locations, offering a Group Dashboard for centralized oversight and multi-location reporting and analytics from a single interface. WhatsApp nudges keep management aligned across locations in real time. The Pro plan targets single-location operators with up to 10 management users, while Enterprise supports unlimited management users across the group.
