Presify overview
What is Presify?
Presify is a lightweight way to track Microsoft Teams presence for a small or growing team. Connect it with one read-only Microsoft sign-in by your Microsoft 365 admin, tell your team their presence is tracked (Presify includes a notice template), pick who to track, and the history starts building. Nothing is installed on anyone's laptop.
From then on you can answer the everyday questions a status light can't: who was online, when, and for how long; which days start late or run long; whose presence looks gamed. Every person gets a timeline with each status change on a 24-hour day view, plus online-time totals and trends.
Six automatic flags on Pro and Scale (Standard includes one) surface presence that looks gamed, including the patterns a mouse jiggler or keep-alive script tends to leave, each with its math shown. A flag is a reason to look closer, not proof of anything.
Pricing is flat and monthly by team size, with a free trial and no credit card. Presify reads Teams presence. It does not capture screenshots, keystrokes, apps or messages, and it is not a time clock. Available to US customers.
