Microsoft Teams shows whether someone is available at this moment and nothing more. The moment the status changes, the previous state is gone. For a team lead or an IT admin fielding a question like whether the support desk was covered on Tuesday afternoon, that leaves nothing to go on but memory.

Presify fills that gap. It polls Teams presence through Microsoft Graph on a schedule and stores each state change, so the record persists. From that record it builds a per-person timeline with business hours overlaid, rolling daily and weekly online-time totals, a four-week average, and a rhythm view that shows a person's typical start and end of day. At the team level it builds a coverage heatmap showing, for each hour of a typical week, how many people were reachable, so the overlap window and the gaps are visible at a glance.

Anomaly detection runs across six presence patterns. Each pattern is scored against the individual's own baseline rather than a company-wide norm, and every flag exposes the inputs and the calculation behind it. The intent is a prompt for a conversation, not a judgment.

Reporting covers per-person scorecards and side-by-side comparisons of up to fifty people, delivered as PDF, Excel or CSV, on demand or on a schedule. Report math can be restricted to business hours or weekdays, and anomaly-flagged days can be excluded.

Setup takes a Microsoft 365 global admin a few minutes: a single read-only consent grants Presify access to presence and directory attributes, and that is the complete integration. No agent runs on any laptop or phone, no browser extension is required, and Presify never writes anything back to the tenant.

Access to Presify itself is through Microsoft Entra ID sign-in. Each customer's data is held in its own isolated tenant, and every change made inside Presify is written to an append-only audit log. A Model Context Protocol connector lets AI assistants query the same presence data under the same permissions, read-only.

Presify is built for US-based remote, hybrid and distributed teams running Microsoft 365, from five people to several thousand. It collects one signal, presence, and nothing else: no screenshots, no keystroke capture, no browsing history, no message content.
