PresuNow is the quoting and invoicing app for trade professionals in Spain: electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, cabinet makers, gardeners, bricklayers and interior renovation firms, and other trades, from installers to cleaning companies.

Quote on site, by voice

Standing in the client's kitchen or on the job, the professional describes the work out loud. PresuNow turns that recording into a structured quote with their own line items, prices and margins, in Spanish, Catalan or English. Every line can be reviewed and edited before sending.

Materials with your distributor's price

Materials come from the professional's own catalog. Import distributor price lists and supplier quotes from Excel, CSV or PDF; when the same product appears at several distributors, PresuNow merges it into one item and keeps each distributor's reference, cost and price history. Say "five sockets" and the distributor's name, and the line goes on that distributor.

Send, track and get it signed

Quotes go out by link, email or WhatsApp with ready-made messages. The professional sees when the client opens the quote, sends one-tap follow-ups, and the client accepts and signs online from their phone.

Invoice with VeriFactu or TicketBAI

On the Business plan, an accepted quote becomes an invoice registered with VeriFactu or TicketBAI: the full amount, a percentage or selected line items. Corrective invoices, IRPF withholding and a quarterly VAT summary for the accountant are included. Starter users export accepted quotes to their accountant, FactuSOL or Excel.

For small teams

Several people can quote from one company account. Optional add-ons cover workers' time records and per-job expenses from a photo of the receipt.
