ProductOS overview

What is ProductOS?

ProductOS is a cloud-based AI-native product development platform that coordinates ten specialized AI agents across five pipeline stages: Ideate, Discover, Define, Design, and Develop. A single prompt initiates a sequential pipeline that produces market research, competitor analysis, validation surveys, a structured PRD, UI/UX design with a token-based design system, and production-grade web and native iOS and Android code, all without re-entering context at each stage. A shared project wiki is read and written by every agent throughout the pipeline, maintaining decision continuity from concept to deployment. Builds run in isolated cloud sandboxes with live previews, and output is pushed to the user's own GitHub repository and custom domain with SSL.

The platform targets founders, product managers, developers, agencies, product studios, and enterprise teams that need to ship production software without assembling a full engineering team or custom orchestration infrastructure. Specialized agents cover the full product lifecycle: an Orchestrator routes work across agents; a Research agent performs market scans with cited findings; a PRD agent generates structured documents using PRFAQ, Lean, or Enterprise templates behind an outline approval gate; Design and Design System agents produce user flows, screen specs, and dark and light design previews; a Fullstack Builder agent codes in a live sandbox; a QA agent drives a real headless Chromium browser and returns severity-ranked findings covering critical flows, per-route visual checks, backend API checks, and accessibility; and a Deploy agent preflights builds, pushes to GitHub, and self-fixes up to three times before escalating to the user. Native mobile output is delivered via Expo, including app store deployment readiness.

ProductOS supports Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) with multi-provider model routing across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, with BYOK runs consuming no platform credits. Source code is never stored on vendor servers; only a project map is retained. Full codebase export and GitHub sync are available from day one with no export wall. An MCP server with 58 tools enables PRD editing, code changes, and deploys from within Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible editor. Existing product stacks can be onboarded by pointing the platform at the existing codebase; the platform detects and maps the stack automatically across web, mobile, and backend. One shared credit pool operates across all platform surfaces, and pricing spans a free Hobby plan through Agency and custom Enterprise tiers with SSO and dedicated support.
