What is PST Converter?
Magic Soft PST Converter is a Windows desktop tool that exports Outlook PST files to PDF (with attachments), EML, MSG, MBOX, VCF and ICS without needing Microsoft Outlook installed.
It opens both ANSI and Unicode PST files from Outlook 2000 through 2024, shows the full folder tree, and lets you preview every email before you convert. Folder structure and email metadata are kept in the output. Contacts can be exported to VCF or CSV, and calendars to ICS.

- Compliance archiving of old Outlook mailboxes
- Moving Outlook email to Thunderbird or Apple Mail through MBOX
- Reading and exporting PST files on a PC that has no Outlook license

How it works: add a PST file, preview the mailbox, choose an output format and a destination folder, and start the conversion. The PST is opened read-only, so the original file is never modified.
The software runs locally on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 and 7. No email data is uploaded to any server. A free trial previews the whole PST and converts the first 10 emails per folder, so you can check the output before buying.
