RadDream is a zero-footprint, browser-based DICOM viewer built for hospital radiology departments and diagnostic imaging centers. It runs entirely in any web browser on any computer, tablet, or phone, with no software installation required on reading workstations. IT teams update a single server, eliminating per-workstation maintenance. RadDream is delivered as part of 5C Network's platform alongside 5C reporting and 5C SuperPACS; it is not available as a standalone product or free download. Over 400 specialist radiologists use it to read more than 20,000 scans per day, validating its production-scale reliability daily.

RadDream consolidates the DICOM viewer, Bionic AI findings, and the radiology report editor into a single screen. Bionic AI findings are overlaid directly on the image, with a draft impression displayed beside it and the report editor accessible in one click. On chest X-rays, Bionic AI covers 74 pathologies and achieves a 0.93 F1 score in peer-reviewed research; the Bionic AI component holds CDSCO Class B licensure. Advanced visualization tools include MPR, curved MPR, 3D volume rendering, MIP, and PET-CT fusion, all running natively in the browser. RadDream also supports study sharing: referring doctors receive access via a link, and images can be restored from the viewer even after a link expires.
