Pros
The product is relatively easy to use and user friendly for the staff in all of the Basic day to day functions. Probably the best asset to the software is the tech support department.
Having support from ACOM has been amazing. The staff is wonderful and it is great that you can call in and get help whenever needed.
Appreciate having a dedicated biller. Like having that biller send out the billing in a timely (daily/weekly)manner.
Cons
The things I have problems with about this product are, basically, problems I would have with any computerized system.
They both paled in comparison and one of them was more than double the cost. When I dropped a franchise I had joined, I also lost their EHR software.
There are some areas in the report side of the software that can be difficult to utilize without guidance.
