The product is relatively easy to use and user friendly for the staff in all of the Basic day to day functions. Probably the best asset to the software is the tech support department.

Having support from ACOM has been amazing. The staff is wonderful and it is great that you can call in and get help whenever needed.

Appreciate having a dedicated biller. Like having that biller send out the billing in a timely (daily/weekly)manner.

The issues were solved quickly and the representatives were so friendly to me. Everyone has been kind and on the ball.

They both paled in comparison and one of them was more than double the cost. When I dropped a franchise I had joined, I also lost their EHR software.

Compared to the 5 (or likely more) systems I have used over the last 17 years,Rapid Doc seems to be one of my two favorite.

There are some areas in the report side of the software that can be difficult to utilize without guidance.

Doesn't alert us when a patient is already in the system.

The data entry is simple to handle, but detailed enough to be helpful, so we all communicate effectively. I've used Eclipse in 3 practices and for over 15 years and I love it.

Scheduling capabilities better than Chirotouch. I switched to Eclipse primarily because of the ability to schedule in multiple columns for the same provider.

What I like best about Eclipse is the software is all inclusive and very well integrated.

This software has a nice schedule viewer. I enjoy that it is easy to use.

I love that I don't have to keep entering the same information. The information saved from previous is already there on new encounter  and can be quickly edited to keep updated information.

Why am I paying for support. What if I had no internet service - so not support.

It has no claim scrubbing features embedded. It is not efficient for a practice of more than one.
