What is RepU?
RepU is a cloud-based reputation management platform built for local businesses operating on Google Business Profiles, covering single-location and multi-location operators across accommodation, automotive, beauty, fitness, health, hospitality, professional services, and trades. The platform centralizes Google review display, lead capture, review request campaigns, AI-generated reply workflows, and Google Business Profile analytics into a single web application with no installation required.
RepU embeds Google reviews directly onto business websites via a corner widget or carousel, available in light and dark themes, compatible with over 100 website builders including Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and Webflow. The widget installs via one line of code and auto-updates as new reviews arrive. Review-triggered lead capture forms convert website visitors into tracked leads, delivered to a centralized inbox with instant email and browser alerts and GA4 conversion tracking. Email review request campaigns are sent and tracked within the platform, and shareable review Pages can be generated from a Google Business Profile. AI-generated review replies are written to match the business voice and can be approved individually or posted automatically after each sync. Google Business Profile performance data, including bookings, calls, directions, and website clicks, is charted over up to 18 months. Team access is managed through Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles, and AI assistant connections via Model Context Protocol (MCP) support integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex.
