What is Rodada de Negócios?
A business round is a sequence of short, timed one-to-one meetings between companies that may do business together. Rodada de Negócios runs the whole format online.
For organizers: create the event, set the meeting length and number of rounds, and invite participants through a registration link, email or an Excel spreadsheet. Events can be free or paid, with discount coupons. On the day, the event starts on time and only those present enter the pairing. Each round, every pair is sent to a private video room in the browser, with a shared timer and automatic rotation. A live dashboard shows attendance and rooms. At the end, the organizer gets a report with conversations held, mutual connections and participant ratings.
For participants: join from the browser with nothing to install, test camera and microphone in the waiting room, meet each company for a few minutes, and mark the conversations worth continuing. Contact details are shared only when both sides agree.
A separate Sandbox lets organizers rehearse a complete round with test participants before inviting anyone. Events can run in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
