Sase overview

What is Sase?

Sase is a cloud-based web application for auto parts retailers, vehicle repair and service shops, e-commerce parts sellers, and wholesale parts distributors. Accessible via any browser with no installation required, Sase allows users to enter a 17-digit VIN (chassis number) to instantly identify a vehicle and access its original OEM parts catalog, exploded diagrams, and OEM part codes — without needing to know exact part names or codes in advance. Free-text catalog search identifies matching parts in diagrams, and photo-based VIN reading extracts chassis numbers directly from images of registration documents or vehicle labels. The platform supports 40+ vehicle brands and provides cross-references to equivalent codes from other manufacturers, as well as aftermarket and compatible part listings.

Sase consolidates the parts sourcing and quoting workflow into a single screen. A single query simultaneously contacts all connected supplier portals, returning results ranked by price with stock status and account-specific VAT-inclusive pricing. Search history is saved per chassis for repeat lookups. Quotes are generated automatically using a configurable profit margin formula (cost x (1 + margin)), with VAT and discount calculations applied automatically. Completed quotes can be delivered to customers via WhatsApp, email, shareable link, QR code, or PDF — without switching tools. For businesses requiring deeper integration, Sase offers a REST API for VIN decoding and OEM queries, and an embeddable catalog widget deployable with a single line of code. A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required, and cancellations are eligible for a partial refund for any unused period.
