Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

What is SeeRanked?
SeeRanked (also written See Ranked) shows businesses where they land in AI answers, and what to fix to land higher. Add your business, the cities you serve, the questions your customers ask and the competitors you watch. SeeRanked asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity the way a local customer would, and reports your AI Visibility Score, your ranking on each platform, how you compare with competitors, and recommendations on what to fix first.
Every report shows the AI's full answer, run by run, with sentiment and share of voice for each prompt. Reports can be shared as a read-only link or saved as a PDF, and team members can be invited. Available on the web and in the Android app. There is a free plan, and no card is needed for it.
