What is Shelvio?
Shelvio is a cloud-based reseller workflow tool for individual and small sellers sourcing and selling secondhand goods through thrift hauls, estate sales, cleanouts, and inventory backlogs. Available on iPhone, Android, and web browser, Shelvio covers the full resale cycle: price checking against recent eBay sold comps, batch photo and voice-note capture with offline mobile support, AI-generated listing drafts, direct eBay listing and guided Review and List for other marketplaces, and per-item financial tracking from sourcing to sold. Supported item categories span clothing, shoes, bags, toys, books, electronics, collectibles, home goods, vintage finds, and estate items.
Shelvio generates listing drafts from item photos and spoken details, with all drafts held for seller review and editing on mobile or web before any listing goes live. Direct eBay listing is available after review; a guided Review and List workflow supports Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace. Per-item records capture cost, purchase source, storage location, SKU, marketplace status, sale price, fees, seller-paid shipping, and item-level profit. Sales and inventory reports are available with CSV export. Integration with ChatGPT and Claude via a remote MCP server allows listing creation, eBay preparation, price changes, and sale recording through chat.
