SMART - TR19 Grease reporting is reporting software for small and mid-sized firms that clean kitchen extract systems to TR19 Grease and need to prove it.

The office books each job on a planner built from the firm's own sites, so every engineer knows where they are going and which system they are cleaning. On site, the engineer records grease deposit readings and before-and-after photographs on their phone - no paper, no second app. The software works out the mean post-clean reading, grades each location and sets the next clean date from the system's cleaning frequency.

When the engineer submits, the office reviews the job and sends the client a full post-clean report and a certificate in the firm's own branding. Each certificate carries a unique reference that ties it to the full report, photographs and readings, and the content is locked once sent. A draft invoice is raised in Xero from the job's price.

Each firm gets its own private database, never shared with another firm, so its client records are never mixed with anyone else's.

Pricing is £90 a month, flat, for the whole firm: unlimited users, no setup fee, no minimum term, paid by Direct Debit. A live demo runs in the browser with no sign-up.
