Overall the customer service, look and functionality and just overall experience has been the best I have had from the like 8+ legal accounting software out there.

Conversion process is easy, making sure you have a consultant and soluno staff available to assist was very helpful getting us up and running smoothly.

In addition, I would like to keep Soluno running so that I can input my time as I go through my day, but it times out way too quickly, forcing me to log in again--I cannot figure out how to keep it from timing out so quickly.

Also, it might just be my computer but some features (payables, reports) don't work quite right in Firefox although they work fine in the Edge browser.

There is some online documentation for the bigger features but there are also a lot of settings that are not covered in the how-to documents.

Only problems I have had in in regards to closing files errors and the time summary not lining up on the final invoices

That said, that WILL be changing soon via thier partnership with Actionstep.

One of the problems I found is editing the date if/when I inadvertently save time entries to the wrong date.

I also like that it allows me to see my productivity level and allows me to compare my dockets for the existing month to my past dockets.

Most annoying are (i) the inability to change change out rates across a file instead of manually changing each time entry and (ii) inability to charge for a fixed period of time eg ignore time for April, raise a bill for May: cannot be done.

It is difficult to navigate and cumbersome.  

We switched based on our bookkeeper's recommendation.  

Soluno makes everything more complicated.

Printing is somewhat cumbersome with too many clicks on buttons.

understanding the tabs to run reports or look up information is not user friendly, reports cannot be printed in a format that is easy to read - too small and jammed together - should be able to screen print and not have to convert to a PDF to print

Information re the remaining funds in trust and WIP amounts on a client matter needs to be more readily available (it should appear when you hover over the client name or something) when you docket on the daily timesheet.

At the end of the year we like a simple printouts of  our top 20 clients overall  based on dollar amounts collected and then the same report by attorney.  

I would prefer if it would default to today's date rather than the last date used.

The restrictions for users are not customizable.

The buttons are easy to locate, the timer for keeping time, quick entry option.

Soluno is very simple to use, I am an Accountant and find it very user-friendly.

I love that it is cloud based as we do not have to complete a long install process for each new user and our remote employees can always access it with no problems.

The statements do no print alphabetical.   When we print the statements we have to alphabatize about 300 statements which takes up some time

For time entries, I would type, for instance, tcw which would populate to telephone call with, again saving many keystrokes.

I find it difficult to maneuver between the different features.   Since I mostly use it to keep time it doesn't bother me too much but when I have to check expenses or balances I can't easily get back to where I wnat to be.

When entering a Journal Entry for payroll I have to manually type in the explanation for the G/L codes each time.

I don't just mean keyboard shortcuts but also the ability to allow individual users to customize their entries.

I like how it keeps track of all the relevant financial information related to my aspects of the legal practice.

Unable to close files, the billing template does not allow for more than one person to be listed on an account as multiple clients can only be copied on an invoice and as mentioned not included on the front page.

I LOVE SOLUNO FOR ACCOUNTING FOR OUR FIRM.

Does not allow customizing billing per matter but has to set up groups.
