Speechify AI is a voice platform that lets software talk. One account covers three things most vendors sell separately: text-to-speech, custom voice creation, and realtime voice agents that can hold a phone conversation.

Speech generation. Simba 3.2 is built for streaming, so audio starts playing in around 300 milliseconds rather than after the whole clip has rendered. Controls for pitch, pace, pauses, emphasis, and emotion let one script read as calm reference material or an energetic announcement, and word-level timestamps make it straightforward to sync captions or highlight text as it is read aloud.

Languages. The multilingual model covers more than 30 locales using voices recorded in each locale, and handles mixed-language input automatically.

Custom voices. Ten seconds of sample audio is enough to create a voice. There is no studio session, no training run to schedule, and no per-voice fee.

Voice agents. Realtime agents respond in around 100 milliseconds and handle tools, memory, and phone calls, with call concurrency and phone numbers that scale by plan.

Setup and security. Official Python and TypeScript libraries, plus ready-made connections to LiveKit, Vapi, and Deepgram. SOC 2 compliance and SSO are available, and enterprise agreements include a dedicated forward deployed engineer.

Pricing is usage-based. The free tier is capped at 50,000 characters and 60 agent minutes per month with no overage billing, and paid plans start at 10 USD per month.
