StackFill overview

What is StackFill?

StackFill converts existing, press-approved print PDFs into browser-based personalization templates without requiring redesign or recreation of source artwork. Targeting print shops, commercial printers, corporate marketing teams, and agencies, the platform allows operators to upload print PDFs (business cards, letterheads, badges, postcards), designate editable fields (text, selection, or image), and lock all remaining elements in a single toggle to enforce brand integrity across every personalized output. Fonts can be configured per element or via a single default, and a visual proof is presented to customers before any output is generated.

StackFill produces true print-grade CMYK PDFs that carry trim and bleed metadata, PDF/X-1a compliance, preflight feedback, and registration marks, distinguishing its output from screen-capture approximations. Deployment is cloud-based: operators can distribute hosted fill links governed by access rules, embed a storefront widget so customers personalize artwork before checkout (with the store receiving a fill ID), or integrate via the public REST API for custom workflows. A white-label embed option is also available. The platform is designed to drop into existing storefronts and print workflows rather than replace them, and the same template engine scales from a single customer to thousands of recipients without additional configuration.
