Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

StackPilot overview
What is StackPilot?
StackPilot is a cloud-based AI incident response tool built for software engineering teams and site reliability engineers managing production on-call workflows. It connects to observability platforms (PagerDuty, Sentry, Datadog) and GitHub to automatically triage production incidents from alert to merged pull request. Root cause analysis cross-references recent commits, stack traces, and logs to pinpoint faulty code, then drafts a pull request with proposed fixes for engineer review and merge. Setup completes in approximately 2 minutes via integration with existing tooling.
Beyond triage, StackPilot builds real-time incident timelines by tracking logs, alerts, deploys, and engineer actions throughout an incident. Investigative steps are automatically converted into reusable runbooks, reducing repeated diagnostic work across future incidents. Code is accessed only during active incident analysis and is never stored or shared, keeping sensitive repository data contained to the scope of each investigation.
StackPilot targets engineering organizations that need to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) without expanding on-call headcount. By automating the diagnostic and remediation drafting cycle, it shifts engineer effort from manual triage to review and merge, compressing incident response timelines and producing durable operational knowledge as a byproduct of each resolved incident.
