SuppliFlex is a real-time supply chain operations platform for US product brands doing $500K to $50M a year: inventory, orders, purchasing, fulfillment and accounting sync in one system of record.

Product brands run on Shopify, Amazon, a 3PL, QuickBooks and a spreadsheet that disagrees with all of them. Oversells, stockouts and month-end reconciliation come from the gaps between those systems, not from any one of them. SuppliFlex keeps one append-only ledger so stock, orders and costs stay consistent across every connected platform, and routes only what needs a human decision into an exception inbox. Each exception says what happened, why it matters and what to do, with a one-click fix, an owner and an SLA.

What is included: multi-location stock (own warehouses, 3PLs, Amazon FBA) with lots, expiry and quantity states; purchasing, receiving and landed cost; order routing, picking, packing and carrier labels; returns and refunds; invoices, payouts and three-way match; valuation (average or FIFO) and accounting sync to QuickBooks Online or Xero; dashboards and reports by location, channel and dimension; roles, approvals, MFA and an audit log. Micro-WMS (scanning, bins, cycle counts) and micro-TMS (routes, drivers, freight) are add-ons.

Connectors at the production beta: Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Xero, FedEx, UPS, USPS and ShipBob. A public API, SDK and webhooks let developers build their own.

The sandbox is the real product on seeded data, not a demo build: pick a demo brand (apparel with wholesale, food and beverage with lots, or electronics with serials), get 18 months of history, open POs and live simulated channel events, and open a workspace in under a minute without setup. It runs for 30 days and converts in place to a production workspace.
