Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Ticketping overview
What is Ticketping?
Ticketping is a cloud-based, AI-powered helpdesk that operates natively inside Slack, designed for lean support teams and small-to-mid-size businesses that use Slack as their primary collaboration tool. Customer messages from live chat widgets, support email addresses, and API-based form or app submissions are routed directly into structured Slack threads, where agents manage, respond to, and resolve tickets without switching tools. A web dashboard provides ticket tracking, team management, integration configuration, and performance monitoring accessible via browser. A Slack workspace is required.
Each customer issue is organized as a Slack thread with automatic ownership, status, and priority tracking, replacing ad-hoc Slack workarounds with a structured ticketing layer. AI handles repetitive and routine support questions by suggesting replies or auto-responding when appropriate; when a query requires human judgment, the system escalates the ticket to a human agent in Slack. Cross-functional participants such as engineers, product managers, and founders can join ticket threads with full context, making the tool well-suited to startups and early-to-growth-stage companies where support is a shared responsibility.
Ticketping scales alongside growing teams and customer bases by adding structured ticket management on top of an existing Slack environment. The combination of AI-assisted triage, multi-channel ingestion (live chat, email, API), and Slack-native reply workflows reduces manual overhead and keeps response times low, without requiring agents to operate a separate support platform.
