What is Trakkar?
If your team sells its time, you need to know two things: where the hours went, and whether a project is still worth doing. Trakkar is set up to answer both.
Each project carries a value that an admin enters. Its cost builds up from hours logged multiplied by each person's cost rate, and budgets are tracked in hours. Work moves across a Kanban board, with a timeline view for planning dates. Custom workflows let you match the way your team already works.
Hours come in through timers or manual entries, on the web or the desktop app for Windows and macOS. If the internet drops, a running timer keeps going and syncs once you are back online. Screenshots are an optional setting, off unless an admin enables them.
Day-to-day people admin sits next to the project work: shift-based attendance with mobile clock-in on Android and iOS, leave balances, WFH requests and async standups.
When it is time to bill, you raise a GST invoice with the client's GSTIN, track quotes until the client accepts, and log part-payments as they arrive.
One plan, Premium: ₹120/user/month + GST, or $5/user/month for teams outside India. You pay for 6 months upfront (5% off) or 12 months (10% off), with no setup fee. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card.
