Vantage Events is event management software for organizers who run events with a small team or on their own. It covers the whole event in one place, from the first invitation to the last guest through the door.

Plan: Co-Planner, the built-in AI assistant, sets up an event from a voice or text description and finds venues through Google Maps. Each event gets a page with a registration form, and the page opens a waitlist when the event fills.

Invite: Organizers send email invitations, reminders and campaigns to their contact list. Co-Planner drafts the copy, and nothing sends until the organizer reviews it and presses Send. The Free plan includes 500 campaign emails a month.

Sell: Free and paid ticket types can sit on the same event, each with its own price, capacity and sale window. Promo codes, refunds from the guest list and donation-eligible tickets with IRS Publication 1771 acknowledgments are built in. Ticket money pays out to the organizer's own Stripe account.

Forecast: Every plan includes an attendance forecast that estimates how many registered guests will come, with a range and the factors behind it, including past behavior, weather, drive time, day of week, registration velocity, email engagement, paid status and each registrant's no-show history.

Check in: Staff check guests in by QR code from any phone browser with nothing to install, and check-in keeps working offline. Walk-ins, kiosk self check-in and multi-stop roll-call across rooms, stops and days are supported, and door staff never see a guest's email or phone number. During the event, Velocity Scan shows arrivals against registrations.

Follow up: When the event closes, a one-page recap shows the show rate. For continuing education programs, staff tap Scan Out as people leave and Vantage records the minutes.

Plans: Free costs $0 a month with no card and covers 1 user, 25 events and unlimited guests. Growth ($39 a month), Pro ($99 a month) and Business ($249 a month) add users, campaign sends, AI credits and tools such as badge printing, CRM integrations, workflow automation, surveys and sending from the organizer's own domain.
