Vinoshipper is direct sales software for wineries, cideries, meaderies, and craft spirits producers. One account replaces the stack most producers pay for separately: a commerce platform, compliance software, a compliance agency, shipping software, a carrier account, and a payment processor. Vinoshipper is sold as four products that work on their own or together.

Our complete solution, with every module sharing one customer and order database.

POS: Runs on desktop, iPhone, and iPad, with Apple Tap to Pay and Stripe M2 card reader support, plus mobile sales and club signups on the go.

Ecommerce: Embeddable online store that works on any website, including WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and Shopify, with abandoned cart reporting.

Club: Customizable signup forms, member order personalization, automated card updating, and a complete club dashboard.

CRM, marketing, wholesale, and direct to trade sales, all on the same data.

Reporting: File ready state reports in Excel and PDF, plus sales and club reporting.

Compliance and Fulfillment are both included.

COMPLIANCE

Connects to the commerce system a producer already uses. Every order is checked for taxes, age verification, and quantity limits, and Vinoshipper returns a pass or fail before it ships. Order data is stored for file ready state reports, and sales tax is remitted to the states for marketplace facilitator orders.

FULFILLMENT

Preferred UPS rates are active the moment an account opens, with no separate carrier account required. Every shipment includes package protection for the full value of the order, customers receive automatic shipping emails, and orders can be routed to the producer’s preferred fulfillment house.

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Our team becomes the producer’s compliance department, filing state reports, managing license applications and renewals, and tracking deadlines, all from order data already in Vinoshipper.

INTEGRATIONS

Commerce7, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe Connect, Klaviyo, UPS, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and leading fulfillment partners. A developer API with public documentation supports custom integrations.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

Payments run through Stripe Connect with daily payouts. The online store is PCI and ADA compliant, and Vinoshipper maintains a published information security policy.

SUPPORT AND PRICING

No setup fees, onboarding fees, or monthly platform fees. Pricing is per transaction. Data migration is free and handled in house, training is included with live sessions, and support is available seven days a week, 365 days a year.
