Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

VoiceDock overview
What is VoiceDock?
VoiceDock is a voice AI platform for real phone lines, built and operated by a European team that maintains its own orchestration layer. Software companies, agencies and telecom providers use it to put AI assistants on phone numbers: assistants that answer inbound calls, place outbound calls and run in-app web calls on the same pipeline.
How it works
Each assistant has its own prompt, voice and model. You can run a realtime speech-to-speech model or a pipeline of speech-to-text, a language model and text-to-speech, and choose per assistant. During a call the assistant can call your own functions and MCP tools, transfer to a person or department (warm or cold), and hang up after closing sentences you define. After the call you get the transcript, the recording where enabled, a structured post-call analysis and a cost breakdown.
For developers
Everything in the dashboard is available through a documented REST API, a TypeScript/Node.js SDK and signed webhooks. A hosted MCP server lets you build, test and manage assistants from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client, signing in with your VoiceDock account.
Data and deployment
Orchestration, dashboard, API and storage run on EU infrastructure. Where the audio of a call is processed depends on the model; the processing location per model is listed in the Trust Center. A data processing agreement is available, and white-label, reseller and on-premise setups are arranged with the team.
Pricing
Usage-based on prepaid credit: €0.07 per minute for orchestration, models on the platform's keys at cost, or your own provider keys billed directly by your providers. Telephony is billed per leg at the carrier rate.
