VolamusMX is the maintenance shop module within the VolamusApp platform, built for general aviation maintenance shops and A&P mechanics of any size. It manages the full shop workflow from initial estimate through customer approval, live invoicing, and structured logbook entry, consolidating work orders, team roles, parts and inventory, purchase orders, and serialized component logs in a single web-based environment. Deployment is browser-based with no native app installation required; VolamusMX is also installable as a web app directly from the browser on iPhone or Android and retains limited functionality under low-connectivity conditions at the hangar.

VolamusMX structures team access through defined roles including helper, A&P mechanic, shop lead, and admin, with billing totals restricted to shop owners and admins. A billable time clock operates at the line-item level, with separate non-billable overhead tracking and payroll-ready timesheets. Parts, inventory, purchase orders, and serialized components each maintain their own log. Structured logbook entries are recorded per engine with A&P/IA certification and signature support. Scanned or photographed paper logbook entries are stored with the aircraft record and are searchable by date, tach time, or work order. FAA Airworthiness Directive lists are synced daily and are searchable by airframe, engine, and propeller at no additional cost. Eleven shop reports are available alongside accounting export to QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
