Wiki overview

What is Wiki?

Wiki is a cloud-based wiki management platform designed for teams building and operating AI applications, including customer-facing chatbots, AI support and sales assistants, internal copilots, documentation assistants, and in-product AI features. The platform governs the verified knowledge, permissions, and citations behind every AI-generated answer, managing what each AI application is allowed to know, reference, and say. Pricing spans Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($99/mo), and Team ($249/mo) plans, serving small teams through larger organizations.

Core functionality covers five operational areas. Verified Knowledge tracks ownership, review dates, source links, status, and revision history before any knowledge is made available to an AI application. AI Permissions scope exactly which collections, policies, and documents each individual AI application may access, enforcing per-application knowledge boundaries. Answer Controls test AI responses against approved sources, require citations on every answer, and surface knowledge gaps before customers encounter them. Hosted Docs publishes approved knowledge as customer-facing documentation with custom domains (docs.company.com), search, public or private access controls, and SEO-ready publishing. Knowledge Health Scoring continuously evaluates the knowledge base for verified content, drifting content, conflicts, and unanswered questions, with a Docs Assistant (Pro tier and above) that answers directly from verified, published documentation.

For software-savvy teams, Wiki addresses a structural risk in AI deployment: AI applications drawing from stale, scattered, or unauthorized sources. By placing a verification gate between raw knowledge and AI consumption, and by aligning documentation output with the same approved knowledge base, the platform reduces the risk of AI generating incorrect discounts, policy statements, or roadmap commitments. Audit retention and analytics are available on higher-tier plans.
