My daughter did a fundraiser through school and we were able to make our donation online through Benevity to take advantage of the donation matching, which overall doubled the funds raised.
I am not even sure if they are the only company in there industry, but they need some competition. I wouldn't be shocked if someone is going to prison from Benevity at some point.
Alaya’s customer support is phenomenal - always there when we need them. And the platform has been so great for employee engagement - it’s been very positive for our teams.
Difficult processes that also seem to conflict.
Good for Charitable Matching Campaigns and Encouraging Employee Philanthropy.
I don't like that you can't delete volunteering hours in the system if you mess up.
This is a great software for online giving and employer matching. It is relatively easy to use and runs really clean reports.
We escalated the case, and their team have no idea where funds went and where they deposited them. Did they steal our funds.
We love that our donors are able to use Benevity as their third-party funds processing platform. It is easy to log into and pull reports.

It's a nice one-stop-shop for my submission materials and nice to be able to check the status of various submissions in the same place.
Do I miss handling over and over sections of the application and loosing track when interrupted in the process when a click of a mouse brings me right back.
Excellent customer service and support. Very responsive to all my questions and those of applicants.
Do I miss being burdened by attempts to streamline or simplify a labor intensive process only to discover all the benefits of using Submittable.
There are so many functionalities that are useful and I'm certain I'm only using a small portion of all that's available. I highly recommend this software as a solution for tracking submissions.
I wish that the software pinged the various outlets using it when they haven't marked your application as "Rejected. It's annoying to see the submissions sitting there as "Pending" forever and ever.
Plus, Submittable was by far the most affordable solution and offered the best value for money in our opinion.
The inability to do copy and paste from the preview window makes it necessary to download files and open them with another program.
Customer service is quick and easy. They are a great site and a great team.
It is easy to track the progress of one's work submitted through Submittable to see whether it has been rejected or approved.

I enjoy that this software is very customizable to fit our fundraising needs. Still getting the hang of it, but this is great and I can see all the potential available with this software and company.
Any features we have missed are on the road map to provide.
She is great at explaining the process and she is very honest and straight forward. I trust her judgments and she is always super quick to respond.
Customer Service - I can't say this enough for the simple fact that I have struggled with this in the past because we are so small that many companies don't like to make time to deal with us.
It was super surprisingly simple and all the people at Cheerful (now goodworld) were super helpful and responsive. Ve already recommended it to tons of other folks.
Their team has been terrific and they have helped us raise a great deal of contributions that otherwise might not have been received.
Our donors loved the simplicity and ease of making a donation through this software, allowing us to onboard a significant amount of new donors.
I set up a virtual meeting and am walked through any difficulties I have. I am so grateful for that kind of service.
Working with Goodworld is a bright spot in my day. They are creative and push us to strive fora better product in each meeting.
Even with our more complex Salesforce integration we get personal service to help figure out our problems. I am amazed at the personal service and attention we get and I hope that never changes.
Their staff have been very helpful and accessible throughout our learning curve and implementation.
A Good Value for the Money and Above Average Customer Service.
But the key selling point to me is their customer service. Any questions, any help, any issues - I have a response the same day and I have all the help I need to fix what I am struggling with.
Then as events came up we found that we could use the one platform for other events. Plus it integrates with Salesforce which was a huge selling point for us.
I enjoy that this software is very customizable to fit our fundraising needs. Still getting the hang of it, but this is great and I can see all the potential available with this software and company.
Any features we have missed are on the road map to provide.

But the key selling point to me is their customer service. Any questions, any help, any issues - I have a response the same day and I have all the help I need to fix what I am struggling with.
Then as events came up we found that we could use the one platform for other events. Plus it integrates with Salesforce which was a huge selling point for us.
I enjoy that this software is very customizable to fit our fundraising needs. Still getting the hang of it, but this is great and I can see all the potential available with this software and company.

Accessing the data externally has been relatively cumbersome and sometimes impossible. This has been disappointing, as we were promised this capability when we signed up with Orange Leap.

My colleagues who've used several other platforms are all impressed by the possibilities and options that aren't available on other systems.
