It is great - algorithms for matching is good with high relevance of mentor and mentee match. Reporting tools were also helpful but needed time to understand what the structure is.
There are a number of options in reporting which are sometimes difficult to find.
It is very user friendly, fun to browse around look at people's profiles and excellent customer service.
Inability to integrate other collborative tools like WebEx and no translatability on outlook calendar when needed to change the schedulies of meeting in outlook.

It has been a great experience all round. I spoke to existing customers as part of my Valadation process and that convinced me I had the right solution.
No worries on updating emission factors and verifying their validity in your region.
We were pleased with the ease of results and efficiency it offered with managing multiple layers of data in a spreadsheet form.
There must be some weaknesses but I haven’t found them yet.
The software support and clean interface also help this platform to rise above the competition.
Very detailed and able to handle complex organizations. Software comes with standard reports, which provide valuable insight and quality reports to share with internal teams to improve reporting.
Outstanding Customer Support and very easy to use.
Accuvio really assisted us to map our CR journey, monitor and improve our carbon footprint, develop Responsibly Portman and supported the achievement of ISO14001.

The data metrics are a little confusing. They could be more concise.
This software is a great way for people to connect with each other. I like the office hours option and it's been great during COVID for our constituents to connect with one another with relative ease.
Logging in is a little weird, sending the login link to our email. I would rather have a username and password.
Matched our company values on supporting, nurturing and encouraging diversity of thought. Supreme customer service.
It integrates with Outlook very well, but having to toggle between the two to get something done was odd.
10KC successfully eliminates the barriers to excellent networking and mentorship experience. 10KC also includes several other added benefits - such as office hours, scheduling meetings, etc.
This means that sometimes our communications are limited to where they are in their career, rather than what they're looking for.
I have met the most amazing people, the app helps me to remember to meet and it is easy to use.
It is very customizable in terms of how you can match employees and was able to easily handle our many customizations. The customer service was also excellent and they provided great insights to us.

Thus the ability to access and share information securely and seamlessly is one of the greatest attributes of the product.
I'm frustrated that the web version and one-click are not identical yet and wait for the day that the web version can do the drag and drop the same way that one-click does.
Customer service is amazing. Like the ability to reuse templates so I don't have to re-type everything.
My only criticism would be that i do have concerns of how documents we upload on a PC may appear visually on the users iPads.
It's an awesome software and I'd totally recommend for any company secretary. It's worth every buck invested.
As we are a not-for-profit organisation and not a listed company, we don't use all the features but there is no aspect of the software that we don't like.
Diligent Boards is very user friendly and I appreciate this as most of my Directors are retirees so it is easy for them to navigate through the platform and locate documents.
The price increases year over year are difficult to digest.
I love that everything can be in one place. We deal with many different boards and committees, so it's nice to be able to have all of the information in one location.
Our board members love the ease of use of the software for the iPad. It seemed very easy to transition everyone to this new product and we had 200+ users to transition over.
Great! it has saved us from carrying big files. The next development should be predictive where it can call up notes you made in previous meeting.
I have been responsible for preparing and distributing board materials for over 40 years. Diligent is the best thing since ice cream.

The features I like is the central location of all documents and the ability to navigate through sveral documents in the Meeting Pack.
As an admin, it's fairly easy to navigate the interface for document templates called books, and the Resource Center where other documents can be stored. Customer service has been excellent.
Integration to local business was seamless and roll out to individual licencees is very easy, making life earlier for me in my role as Company Secretary.

I don't like the articles telling me how to do something, they are vague.
User friendly and it is nice to know when my fellow co-workers are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
This accessibility is difficult for me to use in the mobile app.
Its a great way to connect with your whole company in a fun environment and receive rewards for actual gifts/gift cards and increase employee engagement and production.

Ease of use, the program is very user friendly and if you do run into an issue help is just a click away with very knowledgeable and friendly people to work with.
I have had trouble contacting customer service in the past.
We get good support and support team is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.
I ran a survey with 7 different multiple choice entries. I used the automatic choices, but it was difficult to find what I wanted because they were not alpha order.
Using Qualtrics has been great. The software for the most part is all very intuitive and for any questions that I might have, support is quick to help out.
Sometimes it is difficult to adapt the survey over time. When one option was changed, it then changed all previous answers to match the new option.
The main benefit is the ease of use and great support staff available at a click of the mouse or a quick phone call.
Also, not sure whether or not this is really your fault, but we have been having a lot of issues with evaluators receiving the automated messages that get sent to them.
It was easy to implement and quickly learn but with time, I was able to expand my skills and create even more complex surveys to fulfill every single function I desired.
Qualtrics is a good tool overall. I will still keep using as it helps me in my reports and summaries.
The best survey designing tool ever used. I had designed surveys earlier in CAPI almost 10 years ago...but Qualtrics has given me the best time travel experience in designing surveys.
I really love the intelligent analytics combined with the exit interview tools.

I love taking courses to help me with the library or with my patrons.and Niche always have a lot of courses that is great to learn.
Sometimes narration cut outSometimes hard to find subjectSome subjects could use more illustrated detail.
They have a super customer service department who respond very quickly. I love that Niche keeps their tutorials updated which is the worth the weight in gold.
For whatever reason, possibly to do with reclassification or retitling of the courses, some of the courses I initially completed in our staff academy now show no completion.
What I like most about this software is the ability to help patrons navigate our online resources and the ability to offer staff training through an online system.
Getting to the stats I use every month is a little difficult to remember, but I have it written down.
I love that there is an option to build our own modules, access free ones from the marketplace, and the customer support is amazing.
I have had a incident where I was only half way through a class & it froze. Tried 3 more times & it still wouldn't play.
Great software for trainings. Companies can use this service to help improve their staff with learni.
The ability to add open-source/market trainings from other institutions is nice.

I'm impressed with the visual signals present throughout the entirety of the platform. I can always tell what I've completed and what I'd like to do next.

I have had nothing but great experiences with RPM. Through using the system itself, to their wonderful employees such as our account rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT.
Whenever I try and multitask and I half-screen my browser, it becomes a bit difficult to see the holistic program view. But this is SO SMALL I am having trouble thinking of a con.
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with RippleMatch. I feel like I am valued as a customer, and I am meeting such great candidates!!! Shoutout [SENSITIVE CONTENT.
The communities function is a bit confusing to navigate.
In addition, I love how versatile this platform is. I am able to use it to source, post positions and check out what some of the top talent is around the country.
Candidate pool is relatively small. It's difficult to differentiate yourself as an employer when you're in a general/less niche industry.
The help from my acct manager has been amazing when needed. Additionally, amongst all the resources we have access to use at SAP, RippleMatch has quickly become my favorite due to its usability.
Sometimes we have low numbers of sourcing for candidates in specialized roles.
Love how user friendly this software is. I can easily navigate what I need to do at ease.
The ability to view "matches" saved a lot of time in the sourcing process. Students are already warm leads, and it was incredibly easy to track their interest in the company through their profiles.
