itracks Board is a market research app that allows research moderators, participants and client observers/stakeholders to engage in online discussion boards with the convenience of a mobile device. This app works with itracks Board web-based software and is not intended to be used as a stand alone product. The app allows users to view media displayed by the research moderator and the ability to post text and video responses. There are polling questions and the ability for the client observers to make private comments viewable by other observers or the moderator. Users can send private messages between the research moderator and participants and have complete mark-up research activities.
The itracks Board web-based platform allows qualitative market research professionals to conduct online discussion boards or micro market research communities and access reporting features. Once an itracks Board project is set up, research moderators, participants and observers can join via the itracks Board app.
