The support team was easy to reach and super helpful. It's a rare thing to get thorough help, and not just a vague link to a help document.
After waiting over two weeks, I was advised that my request for a refund was denied. So, SurveyGizmo = limited service + poor business ethics + indifferent customer relations.
Each time, I received friendly, helpful and fast customer service. I also liked how the employees of SurveyGizmo were understanding and spoke clearly when explaining how to build or make a change.
I'm now having to deal with this as a fraudulent payment on my c/ card. What a waste of time and energy for a product that was so average to begin with.
Overall, SurveyGizmo allows our teams to easily program and distribute simple surveys. It includes great functions, like the ability to have a dashboard.
For example they accidentally shut down our accounts for 45 minutes in the middle of the work day which impacted all users.
They are a good tool for someone who has tech background and can navigate APIs, coding, or calculating. I also had an excellent time at their training a few years back.
Potential product but ridiculously marred by bad support and some minor bugs.
Needless to say, our data guy loves Survey Gizmo and is happy it integrates with all the major players.

It's easy to learn, easy to use, and even easy to teach. I love this software and would love to become some sort of certified expert user if at all possible.
There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
I love the flexibility of options in terms of how you can deploy questions and the type of questions you can ask using this software. What you can do with the data afterward is just as excellent too.
Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago.
What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey.
The data analysis options offered within Qualtrics are weak, as are the data cleaning options. This is a non-issue for smaller, or non-scientific surveys.
Their software is excellent, their integration support and API is excellent and their support is hands down the absolute best in the tech industry.
Depending on what platform you were using before it my be a little difficult at first to get acclimated to the program.
You can make really amazing surveys using Qualtrics and it provides so many nice ways to present or export the data collected. The fact that it exports to SPSS is a huge pro.
But having now tried a few alternatives it's pretty clear that qualtrics is particularly good for post collection analysis too.
Qualtrics is an amazing, top of the line survey software, but it comes at a price.
Overall, my experience with qualtrics has been quite pleasant. It is a steady, reliable program.
The ability to customize the questions and their format is great. Tons of options multiple choice, blank fields, etc.
Qualtrics has a nice dashboard and is very easy to use.

When searching for companies in a given vertical, it had very good tools to narrow down your search. It had almost all semi-major conferences and had contact info for basically all companies.
Successfully leveraged the platform to identify and establish contact with a company that we ultimately invested in ~6 months after initial point of contact.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in growth equity / venture capital.
The Google Plug-in is a great feature for quickly finding information.

Typeform has been a great tool to use for dedicated purposes; it is easy to subscribe when needed and then stop the subscription for a while. The customer service team is very flexible and helpful.
A few users emailed us to say they their submission was unable to go through. A few lost entries as a result of glitches.
Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better.
Limited in functionality beyond a question requiring multiple answers. Severe lack of customer service wanting to resort to only to email.
I love how nice looking the forms are. Beautifully designed forms encourage more people to fill them out.

So far this software has been amazing. I love the way the forms look and feel when you fill them out.
It doesn't save your ongoing work. If you leave the program, all the data will be lost and you will have to start all over again.
In my opinion, Typeform is the best form builder out there. It is so user friendly, interactive and fun, that it bursts my creativity too.

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.
The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.
Their customer support is very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues with software use.
They are always pleased with the quality, and the speed with which I am able to put the forms together for them.
It has a lot of great features, and allows nearly limitless customization options that really help your forms look professional. JotForm is one of my favorite pieces of business software.
My experience with Jotform is great. It has opened opportunities to my clients.
I really liked that you could use a template and delete areas you didn't need, while added areas that you did need. Super easy to use and really user-centered for easy form development.
Finally, the integrations with other platforms like Google Drive is simply fantastic.
It has overall been great. We haven't seen any concerns and it is secure.
Customer Service is also really friendly, supportive and able to solve my issues straight away.
Love that JotForm allows you to upload fairly large videos at an affordable price.

It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.

It's pretty nice, even on just a free trial. What I liked the most is that it recorded answers by respondents who didn't necessarily finish and submit the survey.
Emozi question are restricted with only three emozies and also the quality of emozi picture is bad.

Inability to export data after paid subcription is stopped.
First I love the aesthetic and customizable features. With a design background, it was important to me to find software that would make a survey appealing for participants.
It is frustrating not to be able to access the data except through paying for the subscription, but I understand they have to make money somehow.
It is also great that you can export data to excel or as a csv. There is a good range of options for question types and it is easy to tailor these to your exact question requirements.
Getting your results costs money. For simple surveys, this is a barrier to use over another provider.

With this phone service I get many "dead line" calls and spam calls. There is no filter I have found to prevent.
The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
Poor call quality has also likely contributed to irreparable damage to our brand as customer calls are so frequently dropped or missed due to Nextiva’s problematic online platform and phone app.
The quality of service is unmatched. The app is super easy to use, and keeps me organized.
Just before the porting they misinformed me about the date and and time and the porting was done without my knowledge. First week of the Nextiva phone service was terrible.
The sales and support team were terrific. Price was steady and the equipment they provided was solid.
Our team had trouble logging into Nextiva’s online platform and the call audio was so poor that we couldn’t hear many customers through all of the static.
I love this product and it helped save our business during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

The support staff, from the most senior to the more recent, are excellent, courteous and available 24x5. They are most helpful in in real time text exchanges and emails.
QuestionPro blamed the missing data on our respondents not filling in the data.
From simple survey designs to more complex operations, QP has been an excellent resource. Most importantly the support has been excellent from the outset.
After some back and forth, they let us have it if we paid in bulk for a few months. Then, once we were collecting our data and exporting it, we realised there was missing data.
That I can make an easy Survey really fast and can individualize it. Its great how helpful and quick the support is.
E-mails are badly formatted, validation is required for surveys with many users and it was not easy, and they have an article talking about using their SDK, but they do not have an SDK available.
This helps us as a non-profit perform evaluation and assessment that is cost effective and reliable.
Recruiting not built into the platform. Inability to create a pool of potential recipients within the product, and deduce/ensure people aren't being over surveyed within your customer database.
As a membership-based professional association, we are very grateful that QuestionPro offers a free subscription for non-profit organisations such as ours.

Easy to use and a lot of possibilities for surveys. An excellent quality of services and a good reactivity of the Survio team.
I felt frustrated because of the limits of the "free-use. Indeed, you are not allowed to collect more than a hundred answers.
I like friendly enviroment, ease using and creating questionairre. Survio provides also very nice outputs in the form of statistics and graphs.
But the limitations of unpaid versions are disgusting. Only data preview available for unpaid version and at least they need to derestrict these limitations to serve students and attract more users.
Survio is a super friendly platform, so it makes really easy to build a survey and analyse the answers. The biggest plus: has a nice free version.
What I miss is the more customizable linear scale, text paragraph with the bigger box to write.

Navigation sometimes is difficult with a weak network.
The simplicity of the tools and the clean clear interface make it easy to use and look good. Also like the idea of the integration with CRM.
In some instances, such as matrix drop down etc, I felt certain customizations were not possible or were difficult to use.
This tool is very easy to use and can help you create great surveys with their canned options or easy customization.
At times the live chat feature does not alert you or provide the pop-up notification when a chat has come in. Usually this requires the user to restart the application to fix this issue.
We use surveys a lot at my company to gauge how information affects our participants, so it's been a great help.
Having to pay for a full month when 2 weeks may be needed. Offer cheaper options and student discount.
It's easy to navigate, and I love that you can customize the colors and fonts of any survey.
My web designer recommended this to me. It is priced well and creates a great looking product.

It is a great tool in the belt of our sales team to help find advertisers and media spend. It helps both account managers understand their clients, and salespeople to find new prospects.
Clicking around and getting lost. That would be the biggest issue which is probably a training issue.
It was great and is a good example that sometimes you don't know how good you have it until it is gone.
Missing information on small advertisers, or for local newspapers.

As a result, tables and embedded documents are extremely difficult to read as the formatting is severely impacted.

Super easy to upload content and share information. The platform is very visually appealing and there is almost no learning curve to engage with it.

Ease of use, comprehensive features and unexpected flexibility. The quality of responses is a real positive and the statistical significance and quality team at Pollfish is fantastic.
They advertise you can pay for additional questions above 25, but there's actually a hard limit of 30. I found out the hard way.
The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.
The least I like about this software is that the pay for some of surveys is really ridiculous. Need to pay more especially the few surveys you get.
The best results come from having a clear research plan but the execution is flawless and quick. I was able to maneuver my way through the system in a matter of minutes.
You can't see how real surveys look like for your users until you deploy the full integration to production environment. Survey completion times are misleading too.
I love how I can answer surveys for rewards and help companies personalnize products in the view of consumers.

Making customized survey is very easy. The best part is data collection in different mode like online/offline and can integrate with other platform is also helpful to sustain in market.
The only problem I ever have with the software is appending data (such as subgroups) to loaded file. I often mess up and screw up my data and it is very frustrating.
Compared to other survey software, Lighthouse is a solid product that has a lot of capabilities and helps develop great surveys.
The interface of the questionnaire design is the weakness, some particular points. Impossible to keep the documentation opened while editing the questionnaire.
The customer support offered by the people at Sawtooth has been very good, and they have also been proactive in looking for ways to improve their software.
Hosting on Sawtooth's own server can be frustrating and overly complicated, especially with multiple users involved.
I appreciate that Sawtooth is a quality product with a robust feature set and is appropriate for our business needs.

Honestly one of the best tool & client services I've ever experienced on the large landscape of online tools I continously use.
The software is also very intuitive and support pages (+ the support team) are well done and are very useful.
I can not say that there is something I'm not satisfied about. Not only the tool, but also the customer service is top.
Easy to use, runs very fast, lot of Distribution possibilities.

I cannot praise this product enough, the simplicity, the detailed and complex features and options and the finished product, absolutely fantastic.
To do one particular function it used to prompt me to upgrade my membership which in my view proved costly for me.
I highly recommend this product, the software itself is great, easy to use and gives a great survey experience.
It took me a but to figure it out. That might be a user error on my part, nothing wrong with the software.
We used this for a rapidly implemented survey. It was excellent - easy to set up, and the analytics in the Professional option are really very good and allowed for frequent non-expert review.
Maybe make that more obvious. But that is just me as I used it only for 4 months every year, so from year to year, I forget.
Ease of use, competitive price, helpful customer support, ease of reporting and ability to develop surveys that are unique and tailored to our requirements.
